\n(10\/19\/24) Thawed 5 lbs of blackberries in a Kilwins bucket<\/p>\n

\n5 lbs blackberries
\n5 lbs McComb Bees Honey (From Decatur)
\n2 gallons Crystal Geyser water
\n10 grams Fermaid-O
\nMangrove Jacks Yeast
\nS.G. = 1.082 (10% ABV possible)<\/p>\n

Mixed all ingredients.\u00a0 The bucket is full and the airlock is getting a little cramped.\u00a0 It’s going (I lifted the lid once).<\/p>\n

\nS.G. = 1.000 (He’s Done!!)
\nracked and stabilized.\u00a0 Tart but flavorful.
\nAdded small amount of sage.<\/p>\n

12\/3\/24
\nTasted both the dregs and the good stuff.\u00a0 I threw out the dregs.\u00a0 It was bad.\u00a0 The good stuff tasted great.<\/p>\n

1\/4\/25
\n1 Gallon for me.\u00a0 Back sweetened to 1.020 and it tastes amazing!
\n1 Gallon for Grace.\u00a0 No sweetening.<\/p>\n
