\nRacked into clean carboy, added 1\/4 tsp tannin, 1\/2 cup sparkaloid and stabilized<\/strong>.\u00a0 S.G. = 1.002 14.1% ABV<\/strong><\/p>\n

11\/5\/23 (46 days) Bottling day!<\/strong>
\nThere was still a small amount of settlement in this gallon.\u00a0 I racked into pitcher, back sweetened with golden lake honey to taste.\u00a0 Labels were done.\u00a0 It’s gonna be nice in a few months.\u00a0 I didn’t take a gravity reading for back sweetening.\u00a0 It’s “to taste” and I like it sweeter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
