\n1 Gallon recipe
\n2 1\/2 2 liters of Dr. Pepper (Just filled to the gallon mark)
\n1 tsp baking soda
\n1\/2 packet Lalvin 71B yeast
\nS.G. = 1.042<\/p>\n

Mixed all ingredients and let degas.\u00a0 Pitched yeast dry.<\/p>\n

4\/15\/24 (Day 2)<\/strong>
\n1 tsp Fermaid-O<\/p>\n

5\/1\/24 (Day 18)<\/strong>
\nRacked into clean vessel.\u00a0 S.G. =.996<\/strong> so it’s done.\u00a0 Stabilized<\/strong> with Sorbate \/ Metabisulphite.\u00a0 1\/4 tsp tannin.\u00a0 Will need some back sweetening before bottling.\u00a0 It’s thin but does taste like D.P.\u00a0 6% ABV<\/strong> so not to bad.<\/p>\n

5\/14\/24 (Day 30)<\/strong>
\nBottling day!!!\u00a0 Labels created and printed.\u00a0 Back sweetened to 1.020 and bottled.
