It’s been a minute since I’ve read anything new by DB.
This is book 1 that I purchased and have book 2 downloaded already (in nextcloud).

I really enjoyed this one. It shows a transformation of Walter Nash from easy going business type that makes a shit ton of money to hard core, man with an attitude, body guard.
Walter got mixed up as an FBI informant because the company that he works for is in bed with a Chinese nationalists. The FBI comes to Nash and “recruits” him. Shit goes down and Walter loses his daughter. Shock, his dads friend, helps him change his appearance and muscle up. He then goes “undercover” to be a body guard for his old boss who doesn’t recognize the “new” Walter.
It ends with Walter flying to Hong Kong to meet with the evil “Steers” who is in control of their destiny.
I’m giving this book a 9/10. It kept my interest very well. Chapters were short and characters were all memorable.
